A beautiful cluster of lights sit inside the clear egg shaped glass shade of our Dodo Egg Lantern. A more traditional take on our Dodo Egg light, the fantastical feathery plume that tops it is made entirely of solid brass, which has been antiqued. The handmade chain is a sequence of tall narrow hoops connected with small rings through which a twisted caramel cord runs. The lantern works beautifully in a hallway, as a formal yet playful welcome whether in a narrower space by the front door or above a central table. It also looks lovely in kitchens and bathrooms. It provides good lighting when needed and looks beautiful and atmospheric dimmed down at night.
