Durham Quilt New Colourway, "Dew"

Durham Quilt New Colourway, "Dew"

Our Durham Quilts are inspired by the intricate pattern work of antique “Durham” bedspreads. Our design is double-sided with contrasting colours and has been made thicker than antique versions, to give a little extra warmth.

Our new colourway, "Dew" is tranquil yet refreshing, with its misty green front and irresistible blush reverse.

Beata Heuman’s New de Gournay Collaboration Captures a World In Bloom

Elle Decor

When Beata Heuman, a London-based interior designer, was looking to breathe new life into her 18th-century farmhouse in southern Sweden, she turned to a brand famous for its transportive power. She worked with de Gournay, long known for its hand-painted wallpapers and coverings, to sheathe her dining room in an enchanting panorama, also unlocking a core childhood memory along the way.

Collaborating with de Gournay’s master artisans, Heuman crafted a whimsical scene inspired by the gardens of the ancient Villa Livia in Rome. She infused it with Swedish flora—specifically the flowers and trees from the home where she grew up—for a personal touch.

We are thrilled to announce that all 20 lessons of Beata's BBC Maestro course on Interior Design are now available. The course is a distillation of everything she has learnt over the last 20 years, broken down into three sections: Principles, Process and Practice.

We hope it will be helpful and inspiring for anyone doing up their home!
