Beata designed the frame of this chair with the vision to wrap it entirely in fabric, which is interlined and hand-stitched to neatly cover the solid beech structure underneath. No mean feat by our expert upholsterer! This elegant slatted design looks interesting from all angles and as such works particularly well floating in a room in front of a sofa or by a side table. Despite sitting lightly in the room as a structure the chair is very comfy. The webbed seat gives a little bounce and the cushions are filled with a mix of feather and down. The legs are finished off with traditional solid brass cap feet. This design is also available as a sofa. Any fabric of your choice can be used for the seat and back. For the frame the material needs to be relatively light weight to ensure it will neatly fold around the frame itself. Please contact us for recommendations.
